I have a glass top patio table which needed refreshing. The legs have a plastic piece on them that sits in the frame of the table next to the glass. This plastic had cracked and crumbled leaving me with the glass sitting directing on the legs with no secure lock in. I could pick the glass up completely from the table legs/frame. Clearly a safety concern. I placed these on table legs and they fit right into the frame. This gave my table new life. I will get several more yrs out of the table as a result of this purchase.

Leg protectors are brittle. I cracked one of them while installing them, after soaking in hot water.
