I was pleasantly surprised by the quality especially for the price. They look great all metal caps. They did need to be assembled. They fit okay installed but a little loose so I wrapped some electrical tape around mounting areas to eliminate rattling and for a tighter fit. I would order again.

I bought these for my husband's Vette for cruising and he was very pleased with the way they look. No they are not metal but do you really expect metal for this price?

they look good fit pretty good but i lost one after about 2 weeks cant complain with how the CA roads are good price and plastic so they snap in easily and for the price worth buying s second set just in case

They're plastic, but have a real nice chrome finish, no logos or lettering. My Impala has Wheel Vintiques Rally wheels and they snapped on nice and tight. They even have a slight lip to pry them off. I'm very happy with them and for less than 30 bucks how can you possibly go wrong?
