I'm a martial artist and a body combat instuctor. My workouts usually consist of an hour or more of intense interval training. These rash guards keep me cooled off during the entirety of my classes. The fit is great, are very comfortable and I got lots of complements from the moment I started wearing these . Plus you can't beat the pricing.

I love the design and the breathable material. Sizing is different. I wear M in US size but this one has to be XL.
