As others have said the holes are off, bought this for my 2023 Indian Scout Bobber 60. Had to drill one of them slightly wider. The leather also didn't last very long on the handle/strap that goes across the seat so we ended up just cutting it off. Overall the seat isn't terrible for the price and sure beats the cost of the solo seat from Indian.
