This mirror will not adjust up or down. All other functions work. Can't find a way to get customer support.

Easy to install once you get the connection off. Only thing other then that, one bolt would not go back flush with body. Maybe operator error. Didn't try melt setting but mirror looks identical and adjusted normal.

Perfect. My old mirror was broken when a wild turkey flew into it. The replacement fit perfectly. I installed it and tested it in about five minutes. Easiest car repair I've ever done .

I hit a tree backing out of a parking area, and broke off my side mirror... was checking on taking it to a repair shop, but the time to get it back, and the cost led me to check online. Purchased, and it was easy to replace and I save a ton on car repair person

This is either a mistake or was designed for right sided drive vehicles. I used it in America so I expected it to be a regular view mirror, not wide angle.
