I can only speak for easy of installation and fit..... How it will hold up over time..... who knows, but I have a 2004 Timberlodge travel trailer where keys were lost and finally replaced the door with this and didn't want to spend alot on a digital keypad. To my surprise, This was a perfect fit to replace and like the fact each key is unique to each lock. Although Keys seem made cheaply, that's more my concern if they broke in lock if someone or your pet was inside, might need wd40 to ease them slide but unit heavy and actually took all but 15 minutes to install, didn't have to rig anything.

So far it seems like a decent lock I would like to see the manufacturer to make the outside diameter just a little bit bigger it almost did not fit over my hole it meaning one little corner was left exposed but I was able to adjust and raise a lock up as far as I could I believe I've got it sealed the bolt latch inside is a little stiff maybe that will loosen up in time overall I think it's a great lock I would buy it again I would recommend it to everyone out there it is definitely worth more secure it seems as far as the key goes I like this style key so far my old lock work fine except everybody's key even my toolbox key and my son's toolbox key fit my whole lot that's how I replaced it was a state one I think the price was very fair as well so far overall I'm very satisfied with this lock so far.
