This comes in a small box that had me worried it wasn't going to be as big as I expected, but it rolls open and is just what I thought it would be. The fabric feels very sturdy, like you could wipe it down with a lysol wipe even- it's like a heavy duty parachute type material but much more sturdy. There is a sewn in magnet at the top, as well as two holes for hanging on hooks, which I appreciate for the versatility. My previous pencil parking organizer was not nearly as well made as this one. The clear plastic loops for the pencils are sewn in one continuous strip down each side so you don't have to worry about them coming undone from the stitching or ripping as easily. My old one had a bunch of individually cut clear plastic loops and the sewing was a hack job so some of them didn't get sewn all the way on. This also generously holds 32 pencils, which is great for larger classes. Overall, I think it's great and I would recommend it over other pencil organizers I've used.
