Bracelet was bought for teenager for Christmas. The inside image was of her grandmother that she lost 2 years ago. I could see the light in her eye when she first seen the photo. She squeaked out that’s grandma. This bracelet left her a way to connect to a memory.

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would in an heart beat… Absolutely so disappointed in this product.My boyfriend’s grandmother passed away a week before thanksgiving this year, I purchased four of these customized bracelets for him and his family with pictures of each of them with their grandmother. Original delivery date was supposed to be December 16th before 6pm, I got a notification December 16th at 10:30pm that my package will now be delivered on the 19th.My package finally arrives I look in each of the bracelets excited to see how each turned out. Only to find that every picture in every bracelet was not only faded and blurry BUT every picture in every bracelet had SEVERAL LARGE black blotches and lines all over them including through the faces of my boyfriends family members and his grandmother.SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, MONEY, DISSATISFACTION AND DISAPPOINTMENT AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING THIS PRODUCT YOU WILL REGRET IT.
