This pickleball paddle has a great weight to it, and I really like the handle grip. However, I found it to be a bit rigid. The sleek black design is definitely stylish, making it an overall solid choice for the price.

The T2 Pro Pickleball paddle is impressive, with its raw, gritty carbon fiber finish which provides durability and control, coupled with the thermoformed technology that increases the strength and stability of the paddle but also provides a lightweight feel (about 8 ounces).I have not used a paddle before that has used thermoformed technology, and it really is a treat to play with! I noticed immediately that I could get more spin out of this paddle, which is probably attributed to that raw finish. The grip is comfortable, and provides a secure feel even if you perspire like me. It also comes with a very nice black neoprene cover to safely store the paddle when not in use (and should protect against accidental drops). Overall, I would highly recommend this pickleball paddle, especially at the price point.

I’m a tennis doubles player who recently started getting into pickleball and this was the first paddle I bought for myself. I’ve used it in my second game and it’s been a really good experience so far. The grip feels solid and comfortable, and I noticed I had good control over the ball. It handles spin well and I was able to drive the ball deep without much effort. The weight is a big plus for me. it’s lightweight which makes it easier to react quickly and play longer without getting tired. I’ve only used one other paddle before, which I borrowed from a friend, and that one felt a bit heavier, so this one feels like a much better fit. For the price, the quality is surprisingly good and it’s held up well in intermediate level matches.

I am still quite new to pickleball, so this is the review of a complete amateur, but I feel like I have learned enough to offer a solid opinion. First off, this raquet is best suited for indoor use or on a proper court that has a bit of spongy give to the court. I dropped the raquet once on my concrete drive way and there is already a big chip in the corner (lesson learned). My family now has three pickleball raquets—two from a cheaper $50 set, and this product. The cheaper raquets have a plastic coating around the outside of the raquet, which could effect the direction of the ball if the raquet caught it just right. This raquet though has a completely flat face with no trim to get in the way of shots. The handle on this raquet is also really nice, as it provides much more grip than the handles on the cheaper counterparts. This raquet is also quite light, but not much differnt than our other raquets or other raquets I have held.Overall, this is a great feeling raquet. It is nice to play with and offers great contact with the ball. The only thing I would be careful about is how fragile this raquet seems to be, as one drop took a chunk out of the corner.I enjoy using this raquet and would recommend it to any other pickleballer out there.

I recently purchased the Pickleball Paddles set, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their performance! These paddles are made with 16MM T700 thermoformed raw carbon fiber, making them incredibly lightweight but also durable. The combination of power, control, and balance is spot-on, which has significantly improved my game. Whether I’m playing in doubles or singles, I can feel the difference in my shots. The grip is comfortable and secure, so I never feel like I’m losing control, even during fast rallies. One of the standout features is the incredible grit and spin that these paddles offer. I’ve played with several paddles before, but the spin and control with these is unlike anything I’ve experienced. The surface of the paddle provides just the right amount of friction for perfect spin, allowing me to get those tricky angles and drop shots that are harder to pull off with other paddles. Additionally, the USAPA approval makes these paddles competition-ready, which is great for players looking to take their game to the next level. The paddle set comes with a protective cover, which I appreciate because it helps keep my paddles safe from scratches or damage when not in use. The overall design is sleek, and the paddles feel well-balanced in my hands, making it easier to transition between offense and defense. I would definitely recommend these paddles to anyone from beginners to advanced players looking for a solid, high-quality set that delivers both performance and durability.

This paddle didn't just upgrade my game — it turned me into the undisputed pickleball king of the neighborhood. The first time I stepped onto the court with the 16MM T700 Thermoformed Raw Carbon Fiber Pickleball Paddle in hand, it was like flipping a switch. Every shot came off the face with a sharp, controlled power that had my opponents scrambling. The raw T700 carbon fiber surface isn't just marketing fluff; it genuinely delivers unreal grit for spins that bite hard and stay low. I’m landing topspin drives, slice returns, and filthy dropshots with a precision that feels almost unfair. The thermoformed build and foam-injected walls give the paddle a rock-solid feel without adding bulk. It absorbs impact beautifully while still generating enough pop to end points fast when I want to. The sweet spot is massive — even when I get lazy with footwork or mistime a swing, the paddle bails me out. At around 7.9 ounces, the weight is spot-on for quick hands at the net but still delivers real punch on groundstrokes and serves. The 16mm honeycomb core also tones down the vibrations just enough that extended rallies never beat up my arm, even after marathon sessions.Grip-wise, the 5.4-inch length and 4.25-inch circumference feel made for my hand (I'm 6'0", average build for reference). It’s tacky without being sticky, stays dry even when I'm dripping sweat, and gives me full confidence to swing freely without adjusting mid-point. The included cover is a nice touch too — simple but does the job protecting the paddle between matches.Knowing it’s USAPA approved gives me confidence when playing in sanctioned events, but honestly, it’s the intimidation factor at my local courts that's the real bonus. Between the crisp sound it makes when connecting with the ball and the ridiculous spin I’m putting on shots, people are literally asking me what paddle I’m using after games. If you’re serious about elevating your pickleball dominance — whether you’re a tournament player or just want to flex on your neighbors — this paddle is pure, engineered excellence. It’s not just good for the price; it’s good, period. You’ll feel the difference from your first warm-up dink to the final smash of the day.

I ordered this paddle for my adult daughter to potentially use, opting for a standard shape paddle over elongated or hybrid. This paddle looks great with a very clean unbranded raw carbon finish without any big names, logos, or graphics. It also comes with a decent paddle cover. This paddle is a standard shape paddle, pretty close to 16" x 8". When you add an overgrip you pretty much get a full 5.5" grip length which is good for someone wanting to hit a 2-handed backhand. The hitting surface has a pretty gritty texture compared to the average raw carbon paddles I'm seeing these days. Note that this is definitely an edgeless paddle despite that not being mentioned in the title or description. It looks sleeker than a standard paddle with edgeguard, but the tradeoff is just a bit less stability or a smaller sweet spot. In stock form this paddle came in right at 8.0oz. I initially tested this paddle stock and it played pretty good. But I chose to add some lead tape to the lower half of the sides of the paddle which helped improve consistency and the sweet spot felt better. With some protective edge tape, my lead tape, and an overgrip installed this bumped up to 8.6oz. I still feel like it could use just a touch more weight to get it where I'd want it.My daughter prefers a softer hitting paddle without too much pop. This paddle has a soft feel for a thermoformed paddle. If offers decent control, good spin, and modest power. This is really more of a control paddle. Dinks, blocks, and resets were comfortable, but took just a bit more assistance from my than the power paddles I normally use. This paddle would be a good choice for player who wants something with good forgiveness that is easier to control. I would also strongly suggest adding some kind of protective edge tape to at least the top third of the paddle since this is edgeless and lacks the protection of an edge guard. As of the writing of this review I was unable to find this paddle in the USAP approved paddle database. One other model from this brand does appear there though. This could potentially be in process as of 4/22/25. Overall this is a fantastic paddle that exceeded my expectations for the price point.

The best feature of this paddle is that it has been thermoformed. The second best feature of this paddle is that even though it has been thermoformed, it costs only $60 prior to any coupons, discounts, or temporary price drops. That’s a tremendously good price.Traditional paddles are now sometimes called ‘sandwich paddles’ because they have a polypropylene honeycomb core sandwiched between the material used for the hitting face (for example, fibreglass or carbon fibre). These layers are cold-pressed together and then an edge guard is attached. In contrast, thermoforming utilizes a polypropylene honeycomb core that extends from the top of the face to the bottom of the handle. A unibody, if you may. In some cases, including this HVQ paddle, expanding foam is injected around the perimeter of the core and into the handle. This foam will dampen vibrations and strengthen the paddle. Not only that, but having weight distributed evenly around the perimeter creates a larger sweet spot. The foam-injected core is then encased in resin-impregnated carbon fibre and placed into a mold. The heat and pressure that is them applied fuses all of the components into a single, unified, substantially more durable structure. The increased strength from this process allows a paddle to be made which is even stronger than a traditionally made paddle while keeping the paddle lightweight. In fact, this HVQ paddle weighs only ~ 7.8 to 8.1 ounces, which is something I really appreciate.A traditional sandwich paddle will absolutely require that an edge guard be applied to protect the otherwise exposed honeycomb core. The edges of a thermoformed paddle have an integrity so superior to a sandwich paddle that an edge guard becomes optional rather than compulsory. If no edge guard is applied, the paddle is called ‘edgeless’ and this is what HVQ decided to do with this paddle. The downside of edgeless paddles is that they will not have as much strength at the edges compared to other paddles which possess good edge guards. The payoff can certainly be worth it, though.• Edgeless paddles have a more direct connection between the ball and the paddle face. This provides better feedback and enhanced control, especially on shots requiring finesse.• The absence of the edge guard results in a lighter paddle, promoting faster swings, greater maneuverability, and better ergonomics.• Without an edge guard, there is more usable real estate on the hitting face.In short, an edgeless thermoformed paddle with foam injected into the perimeter is awesome!A paddle designed for novices was probably your first paddle. It may have come in a set of two paddles with 4 balls and a nylon carrying case and the whole set probably cost between $55 and $70. Each paddle probably weighed 7.8 oz (+/- 0.2 oz), had a smooth face, and was squarish like this one rather than elongated like some of the more advanced paddles..Its weight, smooth face and squarish design of a beginner’s paddle made it easier for some one new to the sport to have early success. Once one reaches a certain level of prowess, the more advanced technique of spinning the ball becomes important and for this you need a gritty surface to grab the ball like this HVQ one does. Although an edgeless paddle does not require an edge guard, lack of one does make the paddle more prone to damage should you whack the floor with it.Two things that this HVQ paddle shares with paddles for novices is a similar weight and a similar shape. This weighs 7.9-8.1 ounces making it close to the weight of the paddle you already had. This relatively low weight for a more advanced paddle enables you to play longer, with less stress on your body, and also gives you greater quickness and mobility. The squarish shape also will create a greater sweet spot as compared to a more elongated shape. This is the best value I have seen on a paddle that has some huge advantages over a novice’s paddle while still keeping some characteristic of the paddle more user-friendly.I absolutely recommend it.If this is helpful, please let me know by clicking the box below.
