I work in a rather small shop with about 20 employees and every time I went into the QC lab to get a gage pin the one I needed was missing and not logged out. I would then have to walk around the shop to find the pin and it never failed that nobody had it or knew where it was. I decided to finally get my own set but didn't want to pay big $$ for them and CME was what I chose, probably mainly because of the case if I'm being honest. I bought all the pins from .061-.500 and only one pin didn't meet my shops tolerance policy by .0005" to which CME quickly replaced. The case is sturdy enough for the price and the pins are pretty good too. If you want perfection go spend a few hundred on another kit but if you want quality pins to accurately measure holes in your shop grab these and never look back.

These pins are all true to the size in every pin but the case is a bit crappy. I don’t count that off in my evaluation because the case is not that important to me

I use these for work. The pins are the right size but the foam that holds them is stuck to the pins so each one has to be cleaned with solvent before using. I only clean the pins as I use them. Almost two hundred pins is too much to do all at once.

Product is very good, and accuracy is great. Pricing is in line or better with like products. Only problem I've found is the ends are very sharp, causing them to "grab" when trying to insert in a hole. .

I ordered two sets of these through my trade school's account because the accusize set was out of stock. . Both sets arrived with their flimsy plastic dividers broken and the pins rolling around lose in the bottom. The pins appear to have been cut after grinding and have burrs on the ends, combined with the dings from shipping loosely, they are completely useless. One set was missing a pin. the laser etching is inconstant, some are legible, some less so, and some are just flat out not etched. The final insult is that the only item I actually paid S&H on was the only one that was damaged in transit.If you're thinking about buying these.... just don't.

JunkLook like a 8 year old put the box together!!!!All pins were at the bottom of case all nicked and dented banging around during shipping making them useless...

The case is very large and the standoff separator is cheaply attached to the base foam you will receive it more than likely with all the pins in the bottom of the case there are better sturdier smaller compact options
