It's cute, but not for the price. It seems low quality for the price point... Thick-ish paper almost rather than a sturdy material as you'd expect for a clipboard. If you're going to purchase, wait for it to be on sale.

The cardboard used for this clipboard folio is thin, but it is firm and provides an adequate surface to use for writing. The clip is strong. The slim size of the folio is restrictive in the quantity of sheets of paper it will accommodate, and is not sized large enough to comfortably hold a 50-sheet pad of paper. The clip is not sized sufficiently to be able to adequately hold an A4 sized yellow legal pad. The clip works best when used to clip only a few papers, such as daily, weekly, and monthly to-do lists. At the time of ordering, the ad stated that a pad of paper was included. No pad of paper was included with my purchase. The interior storage pocket is inadequate and does not function well to store or secure papers. Also, A4 sized documents and papers protrude above the cut-out for the clip. As currently designed, I’m finding this Cowgirl Boots Clipboard Folio to be a bit limited in its use, and a bit pricey at $17.99 (my price point).
