This six-pack of black matte folders features a slightly shiny textured surface to prevent slippage. They are slightly thinner than some heavy-duty folders I’ve purchased elsewhere for a lower cost per folder, but they are well-constructed and appear durable. They securely hold papers and can hold as much as any other folder. They are slightly larger than paper size, which is great for holding things, but may not fit well into your organizational space or container. They're a little thin, but for the price I can't argue. They're still plastic and will hold up longer than paper folders. I do wish that they had a blank paper sticker on the cover for labeling - They're all the asme color so it's hard to tell at a glance which folder contains what.

Basic plastic folder with inside slots for business/info cards. Decent thickness and quality. Works great for my purposes, which is simply to keep my blank forms nice and safe in my bag until I need them, instead of ending up all crumpled up and messy looking. These protect a little better than the paper folders I was using previously.

I use pocket folders to carry around papers related to my various ongoing projects. For a longer-term project, plastic folders hold up better and protect the paper better. This product is a good-quality plastic folder: sturdy material, well constructed, and not skimpy on size. The photos and description provided by the seller are a good representation of what I received.You should note that the pocket construction has each pocket secured on only two sides, not three. I generally feel this makes it easier to get papers in and out of the folder, although it also means you need to be careful to get them all the way in so that they don't get folded over when closing the folder. Overall, *I* like this style better because it can sometimes be cramped to get the papers in with the other style of pocket, but your preference may be different.

They call these "heavy duty" plastic folders, but they're definitely much flimsier than other folders marketed as heavy duty. They're certainly more durable than paper folders, but definitely not as rigid as I was expecting.That said, the material is definitely attractive; the black matte finish has a nice premium feel about it. The stitching for the pockets is well done as well; these pockets won't be ripping apart easily like paper ones.I also appreciate that unlike other folders this one is plain black all the way around: no logos or brand names or advertising of any kind. It has business card slots, and of course you can also put labels and stickers on it.I'm not sure if it's the best value; you can find similar poly folders of similar or even better quality for less on Amazon if you shop around. Still, if you're looking for something lightweight and simple, this isn't bad.

Really good set of six black plastic folders. The card holder on one of the pockets is a nice touch. The folder material is really sturdy and it feels well made. Plenty of room in each pocket beyond the width of a standard letter size piece of paper. Plastic thickness is good, not thin feeling at all and feels like it will last. Good value for the price.

Anyone who likes to use 2 pocket folders for keeping paper and documents organized should consider these. They are as advertised: classic folders, with pockets on either side and with a card slot but with the key selling point, in my estimation, that the are made of a durable plastic material. I also like that they are black which makes them look serious and ready for business.
