This worked well out of the box within the right PSI range. All the parts seem to be well made, and they are generous with the included attachments. Super easy to use and get started too. Just wish there was some kind of dust collection

I recently made the switch from dewalt sander to air assisted tool like this sander. THis sander has been a battery saver big time! Working on long projects with this is super easy and you are only limited by your compressor tank. It comes with a bunch of accessories that are pretty good! One added benefits of using air is that you get a nice little breeze to help push off some of the dust. It feels well made and has held up to hours of sanding. Super happy!

This Pnumatic sander worked well with a 6 gal pancake tank. It came with a variety of sanding disks and held them well throughout the project. It also came with buffing pads. It had some vibration but not enough to take away a rating star. I have been invited to participate in the Amazon Vine program and it is my responsibility to offer an unbiased opinion. I hope you found this review helpful.

High quality DA that you're going to love. I can't complain at this set. You get the sander and some accessories to get the project started and possibly even finished. We are using to sand body panels which is primarily what air DA are use for but you can use it for wood and furniture and so forth. Remember to use an oil thats friendly with your paint so you don't get fish eyes.

I do a lot of sanding and polishing work on epoxy resin projects, however I got this mostly for doing some auto polishing. I painted the hood of my old pickup truck a few years back and decided to give it a fresh polish and sealing to test it out.Compared to my older large DA sander/polisher, this has a much smaller overall working footprint allowing me to get into tighter spaces. I like the feel of having my hand right on top of the area I’m polishing. It feels like you have better control over the pressure while it’s being applied to the surface. The speed adjustment covers quite a range and when you crank it up to 12000rpm, it literally screams. The palm trigger key is easy to depress and does not cause any fatigue from holding it down in the ON position. It comes with a number of sanding discs, polishing and cutting pads plus a car wash mitt. It feels solidly built in your hand and it accomplished the cutting and polishing of the truck hood with ease.ly. I like this DA Palm Sander.

Here at the Patrick workshop, I made the decision to switch to pneumatic random orbital sanders for the long, monotonous slog of achieving a fine finish. Why go air-powered when I already have cordless models? Well, it’s a simple matter of endurance and efficiency. Pneumatics simply have a superior power-to-weight ratio - making them champs for marathon sanding sessions. They also boast straightforward mechanics and easy maintenance. Just keep your auto-oiler topped off, and you’re good to go.This particular sander is my second (third if you count the polisher I picked up), and I dedicate each one to specific tasks - one strictly for wood, another exclusively for metal. Trust me, nothing ruins a beautiful wood piece quicker than a smear of gritty cutting oil. That’s not a "patina" anyone wants to see.The 6-inch sanding disks mean more surface covered per pass - less math, more sanding. While I don't personally use the polishing pads that come bundled (that's what the dedicated polisher is for), the option to swap out the hook - and - loop backing pads for something firmer or softer is a great flexibility boost, especially on tricky surfaces.Speed regulation is simple physics - you control speed by varying airflow through the tool, and this one, like my others, takes a bit of practice to master its unique feel. Once you get the hang of it, it's smooth sailing. Now, don’t kid yourself - moving to pneumatic isn't going to save you any money on sandpaper. Abrasives still evaporate faster than fresh coffee in the workshop. But all things considered, this sander delivers a solid, powerful performance at a very wallet - friendly price.Pros:✅ Outstanding power-to-weight ratio, ideal for extended use✅ Easy maintenance - simple design, just oil and go✅ Comfortable, ergonomic grip reduces hand fatigue✅ Great versatility with easily swapped backing pads✅ Excellent value, bundled accessories add nice touchesCons:❌ Polishing accessories are nice but somewhat redundant if you already own a polisher❌ Abrasive consumption remains high - air-powered or not🏅 Verdict:A solid workhorse that makes finishing tasks quicker, easier, and far more enjoyable. Worth the switch to air!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 out of 5 stars)

We use our equipment in connection with wildlife mangagement demonstrations and try hard to keep it clean and shiny. Thus, this tool will be used primarily for waxing and polishing; and only occaisionally as a orbital sander. It's smaller size makes it easier for smaller persons to handle and control. Construction and ergonomics are well designed and executed. The various pads affix firmly, yet can be removed without difficulty. A small, lightweight air hose helps move the unit about. We like it. ~ The Duffian
