I am giving 4 stars for customer service. Now here is my review of the product. 1 star the clips are very difficult to put on. Once you attach it to the roll bars the clips fall off, you would think after you struggled for 20 minutes to put 1 clip on you figure it would stay in place. Tried to remove it from the rollcage to fix it and its a a no go. I have scheduled an appointment to have the dealer complete the job. Save yourself time and a huge headache buy from the dealer and have them install it
