I can see when I can interrupt her and she doesn't have to bother with buttons or phone controls. The bottom line is that it's extremely user friendly.If you're an IT professional looking to deploy, you're probably reading documentation instead of Amazon reviews. If you run your own home office in a small business I have a couple more things to offer. I've tried dozens of generic headsets over the years. While there are some gems, the only way to find them is to try many units. If you just want something that works, and works well, this is a very good investment. When you read their claims of wind-cancelling and noise filtration, know that it's backed up with real software and not just sales pitches. They really do a superior job of sound management. They're a huge company with serious money in their R&D resulting in quality for the consumer. This unit does not plug into a desk phone.
