Anchoring system is horrible.Automatical pool cleaner hose bumps it and it either floats awayOr closes off the opening to the skimmer, so nothing can get in.

I have a tree that is constantly throwing stuff into my pool. This thing works great to catch it all and guide it towards the skimmer.

My pool skimmer works, and traps the floating items that all inground pools acquire: bugs, leaves, etc. But a lot of debris goes by the skimmer and keeps circling the pool. When I am swimming, I routinely find myself helping the skimmer capture the debris. Now I don't have to. This arm reaches out a good 3 feet from the skimmer and redirects the debris into the skimmer. When I don't want it to stick out, I can easily move the arm over to the side of the pool. I would definitely recommend this product. It doesn't required any tools to install, and it doesn't require any modifications to the pool. If I decide to remove it, there will be no damage to the pool.

This is supposed to tighten into the skimmer hole but it doesn’t. After 2 or three twists the rubber caps come right off. Doesn’t adjust at all. Returned.
