I was skeptical at first but went ahead and purchased this bike frame. Shortly after submitting the payment, the manufacturer was contacting me to verify the order and making sure that everything was complete. This included the color and frame model. This is a great example of good customer service! It only took 20 days and my bike frame was delivered. I noticed that one of the thru axels was missing an end cap. I contacted the seller and they responded within hours and shipped a new thru axle and end cap.As you can see from the picture, my build is in progress. I took the frame to a bike shop to have the BB pressed in. Everyone there was asking where I bought the frame and commenting on the looks and quality. I can't be more pleased with my purchase. I'll let you know how the build goes.

I was a bit nervous about purchasing this frame. I posted a couple of questions to the page about this frame and received straightforward clear answers from the seller each time within 24 hours. After I place my order the seller contacted me to make sure of the color I wanted and the axle type.I placed my order in June of 2021 and received the order 20 days later, much sooner than I had expected. It came with the frame, forks, seatpost, axles, bottom bracket, head tube bearings, headset expander & a red & white bottle cage that I was not expecting. So far pleased with the product and the customer service. I'll try to do an update later on once I have my bicycle put together.UPDATE FOUR MONTHS LATER…I finally have the bike finished out. I've taken it for a few test rides & made a few fine adjustments. Today I took it out for an 1 and 45 minutes ride through grassy roadside, hardpack footpaths, janky city sidewalks & open road through a few subdivisions where there wasn't much traffic & had a great time. The only problem I had was the seat post kept slipping down, even with the use of carbon paste it's still slipped. I washed the carbon paste off and wrapped the bottom few inches of the seat post with 3mil vinyl to fill the gap between the frame and the seat post & it seems to be holding up. I'm very pleased with the final product and would recommend it to others interested in building a bike.

I've used this bike over a year. Mostly on the road, a bit on gravel. Really solid bike. Just had to switch out the screw in the headset (it was too short) and other than that, it's been perfect. I contacted the company and they built up a whole bike for me. They even let me send in some old parts I had lying around and they used them in the build.I would say that their carbon seat, while light and surprisingly comfortable, has sharp edges that tear at shorts. The handlebar, stem, and wheels I also bought for them have all been good. One comment on the wheels: they are a pain to put tires on. Probably because they can be used tubeless. Just FYI.
