Best bass fishing line I have ever used. Extremely strong. No line memory. Reducing reel bird nests. No line stretch. You feel every bite. Instant hook sets. Great castability. Can't say enough about this braided line. It's all I have been using for the last 12 years.4 stars because this roll must have been on the shelf for a very long time. New reels of line are dyed very dark green. This reel came faded a bit gray. But I used anyway with great success.

PowerPro 21100151500E Spectra Braided Fishing Line 15Lb 1500 Yd (first used in August/2019)I moved away from cheaper Chinese braid lines (8# &10#) hoping that this heavier line (15#) would last me longer and take the brunt of snapping when the line get casted. To my disappointment, I would rather stick with the cheaper Chinese lines knowing the quality control risk that I am taking.I have so far spooled 3 times on 2 reels (84m each for Steez SV spools). My brother was excited on my generosity when I offered to spool on his Steez SV (84m) and it snapped on his very first cast! (it was really embarrassing). For me personally, I have lost 2 lures - the latest being today (Nov/10) after using the brand new lines for 4 weeks!!The break is always in the mid section of the lines - not at leader joints (we use 3feet - 20# nylon filament shock leader using FG knot). Oh well...just my luck!!

Great fishing line but I prefer the smoother PowerPro Slick8 line that isn't as course.
