These anti-slip workout grips are a game-changer for my gym routine! They offer great palm protection during deadlifts and other weightlifting exercises. The rubber material provides a firm, comfortable grip, preventing slippage and ensuring I can lift with confidence. I’ve used them for dumbbell exercises, pull-ups, and barbell lifts, and they hold up perfectly. They’re easy to wear and stay in place throughout my workouts. Highly recommend these for anyone looking to protect their hands and enhance their lifting performance!

Very comfortable. Work better not using the finger slots.

These grip pads are great! They slip over four fingers and stay in place during workouts. The pinky is a little loose, but it doesn’t cause any issues. I’ve used them on back, biceps, and triceps days, and they’ve performed well. My hands don’t sweat, my dexterity remains the same, and they provide excellent stability for exercises like tricep dips. Normally, I slide around on the bench, but these grips kept me securely in place with no slippage.I got them to improve my grip while lifting weights since weightlifting gloves and straps always felt too cumbersome. The neoprene padding is thick and provides good cushioning when gripping a bar. The finger loops fit comfortably and don’t slip. The only drawback is that they don’t cover the upper part of my fingers. I tried adjusting them for better coverage but couldn’t find a way to protect my fingertips completely—though this is a common issue with weightlifting gloves as well.I also used them for deadlifts while a torn callus was healing. They take some getting used to, and I feel like they slightly reduce grip strength compared to gloves. I do wish the surface was a bit more grippy, especially for knurled bars, but overall, they work well. They’re lightweight, easy to store in my gym bag, and a solid alternative to gloves. I’ll definitely keep using them.

Working out in the Gainesville humidity can make grip a real challenge, especially during weightlifting and pull-ups. These grip pads have been a fantastic solution! They provide just the right amount of secure grip without the bulkiness and sweatiness of full gloves. The neoprene material feels comfortable against my skin and doesn't slip. I've noticed a significant improvement in my ability to hold onto the bar during pull-ups and heavier lifts. They're also really easy to throw in my gym bag. For anyone looking for a minimalist alternative to weightlifting gloves, especially in a warmer climate like ours, these grip pads are definitely worth checking out!

The packaging is pretty simple, but it will work as a way to store these hand grips when not in use.The initial impression of these hand grips is good. They fit my hands well (my hands are medium large), so follow the sizing guide and the measuring instructions on the product page before ordering. These are easy to put on and just as easy to take off which is good because before I got them I was hoping that they wouldn't hug my fingers to much and that they would be a little tight getting off because when I'm at the gym I only use my gloves or other type of hand grip for a few different exercises so having something that I can remove quickly from my hands is important to me.I plan on wearing this to the gym for a week before I give my thoughts on how these perform compared to wearing workout gloves. I do own another type of rubber grips that mostly cover the top of the palm which work great at adding grip and preventing callouses so that is the extent of my knowledge on hand grips as I normally wear workout gloves.I used these to perform pull-ups and lat pulldowns, and these didn't offer as much of a grip as I expected. They worked okay for pulling exercises. For pushing exercises, they worked better at providing cushion. In conclusion these hand grips while comfortable did protect and cushion my hands while performing the various exercises on pull and push days but as far as added grip they didn't work well for that while grabbing foam wrapped handles, metal lat bar, and a barbell bar.
