The water test strips in this set are completely useless (inaccurate) and should be discarded if you do order this set of pool nets. See attached picture.The skimmer net and pool rake both work okay, but they are not very sturdy and are not expected to last very long. The net material in the rake is a little stiff, which does help to keep the net expanded well for easy visibility. However, this also makes it difficult to invert for cleaning. The net material in both the pool rake and skimmer net begins to get holes in it fairly quickly when used in a gunite pool.I recommend purchasing other pool tools, due to mediocre quality of these. Poor value for the money.

This package comes with 2 cleaning nets that are of good quality. One is the standard size, mostly used for the top of the water and then the deeper pocketed net that's good for cleaning messes off the bottom. Ive used them both for a few weeks now and they are still in good condition condition, they are durable. They also have the standard connection and fit o to then ends of both of the piles I use with the pool. This ensures proper function, as Ive been let down in the past when finding that I didn't even have a pole to use with these kits. They are both very easy to use, just squeeze the connection and slide into place. The test strips are pretty far off from my other type of test strips, and I've been unable to trust them. I was after the nets initially and viewed those as extra, so to me the kit still has great value. Im docking a star for the test strips.

This is an okay quality pool/pond skimmers, IMHO. I was hoping to use the mesh bag to put my pond pump in but it's too small. The deep skimmer is too narrow and it doesn't have a slanted edge to pick up leaves and debris from the bottom of the pool. The smaller skimmer is good for small pond and top of the pool's surface as long as the items you are picking up are small, and the seller included test strips. If you noticed the mesh for the deeper skimmer and the smaller one are different material. Overall, I think this is an OKAY set.

Does not come with pole and the test strips it brought are very inaccurate. It does not state the size of pole needed on the description. I ordered a universal pole that did not fit as it was too wide. As for the test strips it read the chlorine correct but the PH and Alkaline where way off. Kept reading as low. I bought new test strips anfter multiple attempts at correcting levels with no improvement and it read my ph & alkaline levels where extremely high due to the fact I was relying on the test strips provided that are probably expired or just don’t read correctly. Gave it 4 stars as they did allow me to return the item and did give me a refund. With proper working test strips and atleast the size of pole and or link to a compatible pole would make this product much better as the nets/skimmers themselves appeared to be of decent durable quality.

This pool kit contains a lot for the price but unfortunately the pieces aren't good quality and break rather easily. The test strips do work well compared to a traditional kit and are nice to have handy. This would work for a small above ground pool if you are on a budget but it's definitely not a professional kit as described.

This set of 2 pool skimmer baskets is a STEAL! In the AZ desert I usually don't get more than 1 year from my pool supplies due to the blazing heat, so my expectations are pretty low. These are better quality than a cheap smaller skimmer I have, but no where near as high quality or sturdy as the skimmer I got from a pool supply store and have been using for 3+ years. I think I'll probably get one good season, but for less than the price of 1 crappy skimmer from elsewhere. The mesh bag is kind of silly because the product photo implies you could put both skimmers in there for storage...you can't lol. The smaller one barely fits and it sticks out, let alone if I tried to put both in there. I wasn't buying for the mesh bag or test strips though, so I'm happy!

Arrived on time and works fantastic! Fit the pole I have exactly! The mesh is tight and well make - makes cleaning the pool a breeze.
