Anyone who gets this device will need to usb type c with 3.0 hub with power supply port to properly use on mobile phone with OTG adaptability so no connection error occurs

Im still trying to get it to work.my nokia droid os10 downloaded app just fine..but...i plug otg cable to phone and it continues to insist i need to connect usb device???WHAT WAS THAT WE STEPPIN IN.same for my laptop,when i finally able to get disc loaded up no were i can find settings to enable even slim possibility of choosing external camera.say the least amazon pur hases kept me screaming,i mean scrambling to try get it figured out.perplexed how many hrs evaporate while puzzlin out why it not working but im a glutton for that beagin
