This is a nice replacement for the factory mikuni carb on the yamaha 6M6 motor. Can't tell the difference from the original other than the mikuni name cast in the side. I saw a couple reviews were people were complaining about having to adjust the carburetor. Come on, get real! No carb is a simple bolt on and run without tweaking it. If you can't adjust a 1 barrel carb you got some.issues going on. Adjustment took all of 1 minute with a flat head screwdriver, 1 1/4 turns out and runs perfectly! I bought 2 of these for both my skis and quality was identical on both of them.

Looks great out of the box; my only complaint on its outer appearance would be that the paint held the screws pretty tight; took pliers instead of a screwdriver for the initial disassembly.Internals are obviously perfectly clean; I'd imagine most of these reviews are people trying to "return" their used broken carbs then just pretending like this seller is the cheater...one guy said his was full of sand, like, get a grip..it's a brand new product.As for it being a Chinese knockoff? Mikuni is a Japanese company who's manufacturer plant is in China to begin with...get a grip, guys, it's a carb for a 40yr old style of machines.The jet sizes aren't marked; that's complaint worthy; but stock would be 120L115H so probably that's what they are; if it runs right that's what they are, if it doesn't then I'll disassemble and measure.Will be installing this afternoon to check performance, review will be altered to reflect.

Had my mechanic install it, and he said it was poor quality, and the jet ski runs poorly. All he works on are boats and jet skies, so I trust him. He said he will rebuild the origional he pulled off. Would love to get a refund. What do I need to do to get my money refunded?
