I’ve been using this punching bag at home for boxing and general training, and it’s been awesome so far. I filled it with sand, which gives it a solid, satisfying weight and feel during workouts. The size is perfect for both punches and kicks, and the Oxford material feels durable enough to handle regular use.The included gloves are a nice bonus comfortable and offer decent protection for casual training. Whether you're doing MMA, kickboxing, Muay Thai, or just using it for fitness, this set is a great value. Easy to hang and doesn’t take up too much space. Highly recommend for anyone setting up a home gym!

It comes with full kit. The quality is very good and can easily install the punching bag. I really enjoy it.

Great set for intermediate garage workouts. Good quality, everything needed to get it installed is included. The only thing it didn't have was the stuffing for the bag. You can pack it with whatever density is best for you. I used moving blankets for a bit more density. Fairly easy to install, and includes accessories for full routine. Only been using for a couple days, but so far seems durable and good value for the money.
