This gazebo- swing is wonderful!! It is heavy duty and high quality. I will enjoy many hours on this! The instruction booklet was a little misleading but the seller was great and sent me a video link that clarified a couple of steps. Customer support was excellent.

We just finished with the final assembly of our swing chair and canopy from Purple Leaf and it's so fabulous and comfortable. We've been amazed by how wonderful their customer support and care have been whenever we needed to ask a question or work with them. They have always responded with kindness and prompt replies. The chair and padding is sooo very comfortable for me and my 240lb 6' tall husband. We find it so relaxing and roomy when we sit on it together to enjoy, listen to nature and look at the view of the peaceful lake. Loving it already ! :)

1 of the 4 boxes are missing. Number one is missing. Not sure how when the boxes themselves have the numbers on it basically indicating 4 boxes. Not confident in the message I received about how this is purchase is not directly from Amazon because I directly gave them my money. This thing is too heavy and too expensive for these problems... will keep you posted***UPDATE***The missing box was delivered the following day. This product is beautiful, sturdy, stylish, and well made with excellent quality. Like others, my husband didn't care for the directions. It's only pictures. A few things were unclear and had to be figured out.

We are thrilled with the swing. It is constructed very well, was easy to put together, looks great, and is super comfortable. The included features such as the screen and shade along with the adjustable positions for the seat allow us to use it in almost any scenario. We live one the edge of a hill where it gets extremely windy and I was too lazy to remove the canopy when we were having gale force winds. The canopy got a slight tear and I was worried it would be hard to find a replacement but I went to the company website and used the contact us form. They got back to me right away that same day which was a Sunday and I had a new canopy within a few days. Their price was half of what a universal fit canopy costs, and this one is the exact fit and color match. Awesome quality, beautiful product, first class customer care. I’m a Purple Leaf fan for life.

The top of the swing leaks when it rains. I have to bring the cushion inside so it won’t get wet. The stitches on the top of the swing is not sewed very good. U can see through it

Their products are stunning and good quality that worth all pennies spend on my swing. Another thing extremely important is their amazing customer care. They do anything to help you. Their responses areVery quickly. I had to contact them after 30 days after the products had been delivered. I needed their help and they treated me very well and solved my 100% and fast (I thought I could not find a way for my problem to be solved) Thank you so much for all your help. I am pretty sure you will grow faster and faster, because honest people like you, always succeed.

The first night we had alot of fog (alot alot). Came outside to see if the screen was enough to keep the dew off the chair or did i have to close the curtains too? What I found was water under the roof dripping down onto the chair. Im not sure if that means the roof isn't waterproof or was it just that much moisture in the air? It turns out the roof just isn't waterproof.. go figure.Edit= I've had this for 2 years and it's still working fine it still looks nice and I don't hate it.Other than that the swing is nice.4 years after edit-- the roof became brittle and ripped on its own. I contacted customer service and they wanted to charge me 80 for a new roof. I told them the roof leaked from day one and 80 was ridiculous. They asked me if I would pay 30 and I did. Now I have a new roof and I'm very pleased.Long story short the customer service is amazing and the swing (besides squeaking) is very nice and has stood the test of time well. Especially the seat. The seat still looks new.
