I bought this unit hoping to throttle back the speed on my RV Fan-Tastic fan. The unit does modulate the speed however it causes the fan to emit a loud high frequency sound that makes it worse than just the loudness of the fan. I’m going to be removing it unfortunately.

This is a nice motor controller. However, I found when applying it to a brushless DC motor (like a computer fan or some RV vent fans) it causes the motor to buzz loud enough to be annoying. It worked great on a conventional DC motor. I contacted the vendor to see if they had a solution. They seem to be a reseller of the product and had no idea how it worked - so they couldn't help me. The vendor did respond quickly.

Packaging had been opened and retaped shut. Pot is wired backwards. Gradient is 100 not 150. Overall, a poor product that is over priced.

The product works as described and is good quality a little over power for my 24v 12 watt brushed mini vaccum pump but it does work great at controlling the ammount of air that is blowing out my 3d printers part cooling with the potentiometer and the button makes it so I can change from blowing air or sucking air with a push of a button I recommend this affordable solution for pwm control
