This is a nice part. Good size plate used to make it. It just hangs on the mount so if you want permanent this wouldn’t do it.

Unit was easy to install on RV & unit is made of good grade steel with good paint job. I also purchased tabletop to put my grill on. Tabletop is square and mounts on extension arm securely however the table is extremely unlevel. The problem is the swivel joints on the extension arms are not sleeved resulting in a loose joint that makes the table unlevel. Design does not provide a method to level the extension arm when extended.The table is so much out of level that items such as brats/hotdogs will roll off the grill. Basically making the unit unusable. It’s been too long for me to return so I just lost the money.Do Not buy this unit cause it is unusable & a waste of money
