The lengths are shorter than is what included on the popular jugs from the factory. It also seems a bit more stiff. This might be better or worse for some people.It’s a good idea to put thread tape on the connection to the jug lid. I cannot tell if the hose is going to discolor, as I’m using it on diesel fuel at the moment. I’ll update my review if I use it on the pre-mix 2 stroke fuel, later.I’ve added another photo after realizing that the flow rate is VERY low out of the end of the hose. It would seem that my other hoses have a small piece of fabric wrapped as a filter. In this case, it’s just a plastic grid - which seems to not really filter much but large chunks, but also seems to hinder the flow significantly — moreso with diesel.
