I needed a new hat this year and fell in love with this one! I have worn it every chance I could get this season and cannot even begin to tell you how many compliments, comments, and questions about it that I have gotten! It's a huge hit! It's also very comfortable and easy to turn the lights on and off. It is a little bit bigger for my head, so I do need to carefully position it. So Santa's feet stand up straight but once I get it set it stays and looks great. I did have a little bit of trouble figuring out how to turn the light on and off. I found the switch inside the hat and had to thread it through the opening and slip it into the pouch for it. Once I did that, everything else was easy. It wasn't really that hard but it just took a little bit of common sense and ingenuity to figure it out because it obviously doesn't come with directions. I am so happy that I impulsively made this purchase. I'll be loving this for many seasons to come!

You need hair to keep the Santa stable at the top. If you keep your hair short like me, the Santa won't stay up.

Opened the package and tried the lights. Nothing! This was to be a gift so I am glad I tried it first!! Really makes me question ordering from Amazon.
