The shape of the glass in the photo looked quite elegant and that is the reason I ordered a set. When it came the shape was not at all what was expected. In fact it looked just plain ordinary. I returned the order.

As a previous reviewer stated, sure enough, of the set of 4, one was broken. The packaging was limited for such delicate pieces. But the product is super...very tasteful. I called Amazon, they were great, they are overnighting a new set of 4 for free,,,no desire for return. I really appreciated their response, and made suggestions on the packaging.Buy the product, and if broken Amazon is very supportive.
