This RC boat is a lot of fun! It’s small, so is great for a pool or small pond where you don’t have a lot of space. The motor is a small brushed unit, so speeds aren’t very high, but it’s fast enough to be scale realistic. It has a decent turning radius and the servo is strong enough for the size of the boat. It runs on a small lithium ion battery with an SM 4p plug. It has lights on the side that are very vibrant. The lights pulsate with different colors, and you can change the pattern. It has a one-button auto-flip feature to right the boat in the event it capsizes. The remote is small for an adult’s hand, but perfect for a child’s.Overall, the boat functions well. It’s not a super fast boat by any means. I think this would be great for a kid aged 7-12.

If you're looking for a fully proportional beginner rc boat that won't break the bank this is a good option. Double sealed cover/canopy design works perfectly, keeping all water out. It's a brushed 2s setup that uses a micro servo for steering and it is liquid cooled. Performance is good when used in smaller bodies of water or ponds. It's top speed is advertised at 15mph but this is an over estimate. Still performs well and uses a flex shaft running a plastic prop. An extra prop and prop nut is included. It does come with two 2s lithium ion batt and a USB type charger. You just need to get batteries for the transmitter.

This little guy is a lot of fun! It was easy to setup and easy to control once it was in the water. And, if you want it to, it can go pretty darn fast! It does require 3 AAA batteries for the controller, but it comes with 2 rechargeable batteries for the boat. Each of those batteries last about one half hour of constant use, which is pretty impressive! Pro Tip: when installing the battery into the boat, lift—don’t slide— the battery cover from the back, not the front.

Out of the box this RC boat look fun. Overall size is smaller than I thought. I didnt think it'd be big or anything but was just surprised with how cut the darn thing is. chapstic in pics for size reference. The rudder controller is actualy servo controlled. The drive shaft looks pretty solid with a pretty simple union clutch slip. Came with batteries for the boat. Supply your own for the remote. The canopy to access the inside compartment can be a litty slippery to pop off but its good to know theres a decent gasket to keep it dry in there. Batteries charged to full and a dry runs shows it all works. Based off some video already posted, my tub is too small to test. I'm a grown-az adult and I cannot wait to get to some water to try out.Initial thought is that its built pretty well. It's really almost pocket toy sized. Seems like a pretty fun gift for south of $30. Its says kids to 12yrs old. i'd say probably good for kids to 82yrs old.

This little thing is a blast to drive. It's smaller size and allows you to use it in on a pool or on a mostly calm lake. I took it out to Lake Mead and it did well with a little bit of chop from other watercraft. Currently at just under 30 bucks with the coupon it's an a amazing deal as well. Especially seeing that it came with two batteries. The lights are cool and useful as well for dusk and evening.Great controls, speed and size. My only gripe with this one is that after playing with it once, it doesn't turn off, you have to unplug the battery vs just taking it out of the water. This can be a bit hazardous for the kiddos if they happen to take it out of the water and accidentally hit the throttle. Ordered a replacement and hopefully that one pme have this issue.

Really Nice, Fast, Great Handling Little Boat.. This little boat was a big surprise. The boat measures 10inchs (11 if you count the steering rigging) & 3 inches wide.. The inside of the boat as you can see all your electronics fit but There's not a lot of room for much more.. A couple things to keep in mind is you might want to use some RC Boat tape to tape around the top of the removable canopy. And I also applied a little bit of some super lube to anything that was "movable" i.e. propeller shaft, steering servo, The motor, ect... Not only does lube help with all moving parts, but it will help repel water.. I Really liked this little boat it is incredibly fast, turns on a dime, decent run time, built really tough and has quite a bit of weight. Because the boat is very small This extra weight really helps to keep the boat in the water especially when it's a little rougher out there. However the smaller size does allow you to run the boat in a variety of places. I live in Florida where there's a lot of rain, and my yard is over 5 acres in size where rain water can accumulate leaving small little ponds.. : ) The boat only needs about 2 inches of water to float, so if there's rain water ponds everywhere let the fun begin.. ohh I really liked this item, and it's an item I can definitely recommend..
