Works well to reduce or prevent back pain. The air pillow adjusts itself to provide support exactly where needed. The trick is to make sure it is only slightly inflated.

Bought this for my husband to use on an airplane. He had major back surgery three months before we were scheduled to fly and you know how uncomfortable airplane seats are! This helped him sit correctly and supported his lower back. Inflating and deflating were easy (nicely packable!). He used it even at our destination for chairs that offered no lumbar support. It held the air until he wanted to deflate it.

it worked fine until it didn't. just doesn't hold air any more. 7 weeks old. No customer support anywhere to be seen.

When traveling in my husband's car the passenger seat does not have good lumbar support. I have had back surgery and my back is weak. I love these inflatable pillows because you are able to control how much support you get!❤️
