I’ve got to admit, when it comes to keeping my partner’s endless collection of trinkets and decorative lights powered up, I was burning through batteries like crazy. And I mean crazy. This has turned out to be one of those purchases that’s made a noticeable difference in how I manage power in the house.First off, the charger case itself feels really well-made. It’s got this soft, almost rubbery texture to it, which gives it a premium feel right out of the box. The hinge on the battery compartment is super smooth, so there’s no struggle when opening or closing it. It’s just little details like that which make it clear that this is a quality product, not some cheap knockoff. The fact that the charger works powers via USB-C is a huge plus. No more dealing with bulky adapters or power cables. You can just plug it into any USB port, whether it’s from a laptop, a power bank, or a wall adapter. Super convenient. Now, onto the performance. The 8 rechargeable AA batteries that come with it seem to do the job just fine. I’ve noticed that the lifespan of the batteries varies depending on what they’re powering, which is pretty much what you'd expect. All in all, this has been a worthwhile investment. With my partner’s constant need for batteries to keep everything running, this charger has helped us reduce waste and save money. It feels like a quality product through and through, and the whole package works as advertised. If you’re looking for a way to reduce battery costs and help the planet while you’re at it, this is definitely a great choice.

I use many AA batteries in various environment monitoring equipment around the house. Results using old chemistry rechargeable NiMH batteries were disappointing and ended up buying alkaline batteries by the dozens over the years. This has gotten old and expensive. Really enjoying the transition to rechargeable lithium AA batteries these kits provide. The batteries seem to last much longer than old chemistry NiMH rechargeable batteries, requiring less battery changes so now transitioning back to rechargeable batteries from alkaline. Over time, this set of batteries will be much more cost effective and produce less waste than continuing to use disposable alkaline batteries.Batteries and charger work well together. Batteries are well wrapped and appear to be robust enough for multiple future battery changes. Will be watching the Cardiens store to see when they add batteries without the charging box in the future so we can have one set working with another set fully charged and ready to go in the charging box.

This is awesome. These batteries are lithium so they hold a charge better and more steady than an alkaline battery ans are made to last longer. They come in a well made quality case that they simply drop in and the lid is magnetic to close. There are lights on top to show which batteries are ready when it is on the charger. Very pleased

10/10.Been using this for about a month now waiting for one to die to report it as i've had happen with other rechargable batteries; yet it hasn't. The battery charging case is the best quality one i've had so far, and the batteries themselves feel just as good as other rechargables; yet with zero dead so far in the first month have done better then other rechargables i've bought.I wasn't sold on the case, but if you get these batteries whats the biggest value you're getting is the slick USB c charging case that comes with it. Rechargable battery storage and the battery charges themselves can be annoying, and this has been the best one i've used so far.As far as capacity goes, I don't have a tester, but seems generally reflective compared to other rechargable batteries and longevity / claimed mAH. It's only been a month so far, generally it takes a lot longer for these batteries to degrade, but haven't had any fail outright which to me is the best sign so far. I think i'll be using these for quite awhile.
