Toby Black simply never makes anything that I don't want to have and this is yet another perfect example of that! From the soft, cozy lining to the bright green color to the perfect advice to "Live like a cat" on the front, this sweatshirt is exactly what I want to wear when it is chilly out. It is the usual, heavy, cotton fabric that is typical of all of the Toby Black shirts, beautifully cut, sewn, and finished perfectly and washes and dries like a dream. As is usual with Toby Black clothes - this runs large so check the measurements before buying so that you aren't swimming in a shirt that is too big. And once you have gotten your first Toby Black shirt - welcome to the club of Toby Black fans - you won't regret it!

This is such a comfy, soft sweatshirt -- but it's 90 degrees here today so I can't wear it right now, like I'd love to! I love the shirt's message, the fabric is wonderful (100% cotton, soft inside but not the usual sweatshirt "fuzzy" finish) and the quality, as with all Toby Black items, is off the charts. I'm 5'9", 127 pounds, and the size Small fits great. (When I say "fits," I don't mean "form-fitting" -- I mean it fits like on the person in the photos, i.e., loosely.) I love this shirt so much -- can't wait for cooler weather so I can wear it! Now for the one down side -- you can't wash this shirt the same day you want to wear it, because the washing instructions say to lay it flat to dry. And this fabric doesn't dry quickly, so just be prepared to think ahead and give it ample drying time.

Toby Black has some very cool gear and this sweatshirt is one of 4 I have ordered in the last 6 months. Some of them are very heavy so when I say this is medium weight, it could be compared to heavy weight of some of the other brands on Amazon that are made with sub-par fabrics. This sweatshirt is 100% cotton and the dye job is perfect. The cuffs and hem are also cotton and made from a good quality material. The cuffs are comfortable yet also stays above my hand and the terry cloth inside is soft, breathes and is comfortable. In the winter, I love sweatshirts to wear around town and in the house. I am looking forward to “Living like a cat” next to a cozy fire with some slippers in this sweatshirt. The price of this sweatshirt along with other Toby Black gear is very reasonable for the high quality and good craftsmanship that goes into their creations.

This is a well designed and well made sweatshirt. I normally wear a women’s medium, but based on the size chart I ordered a small, and it fits well when you consider that these shirts are designed to be oversized for comfort. It is oversized with extra length at the waist and in the sleeves, and yet it looks good—like it was designed to fit that way. It’s very comfortable and warm. The material is thick cotton, and it’s soft, however it’s not fuzzy inside like most sweatshirts. Hopefully that means the fabric will stay soft and not get matted as it ages like the fuzzy sweatshirts do. The care instructions do say not only to wash it in cold but to lay it flat to dry and not to tumble dry. Being thick cotton, it does take a long while to dry, but that’s the only downside, and I think I can live with it!

Love the fabric quality and omg it feels AMAZING! It’s very oversized—which I wanted, but something stuck on one of the blue letters (as pictured) and it didn’t come off when I tried to rub it off with a wet cloth. I think it was the tissue paper fusing with the puffy texture in a very hot setting (the Amazon shipping warehouse most likely) cus I got it in the middle of summer.

This sweatshirt has great construction and a flattering oversized cut, it's just enough slouch without looking sloppy. The embroidered phrase is charming and well done, and the packaging makes it feel a little more special. The only thing keeping it from five stars is the inside fabric. It’s more like jersey or canvas than that soft fleece you’d hope for in a cozy pullover. It’s still comfortable and breathable, just not snuggly. Medium fits TTS, I am usually an L in women's and M in men's. Fits me perfectly but if you want a baggy fit like in the product photos you should size up. This is my 2nd Toby Black sweatshirt and I'm once again impressed by the quality, especially for how inexpensive it is. It is so hard to find 100% cotton sweatshirts these days, and this fabric feels wonderful and is a nice sturdy medium-weight cotton. Stitching is even and consistent, and the puffy print feels like excellent quality as well. I will wash inside-out and line dry to hopefully keep it looking great.
