I did a quick adjustment for length, snapped onto my string trimmer, and it just worked.Well made, padded "a bit". Works great.

I have an EGO 16-inch string trimmer that’s a little heavier than I’d like. It did not come with a carrying strap, although EGO does sell one separately. I decided to give this one a try hoping that it would work out well.My string trimmer already has a shoulder strap loop which is used for attaching the carrying strap (see photo). With that already in place, the shoulder strap and the carabiner were the only parts I needed to make this one work. I was able to adjust the shoulder strap long enough to comfortably carry the string trimmer (note: the shoulder strap should be placed over one shoulder and then have it run across the back). Getting the strap to the correct length is a bit tricky. I had to adjust it several times during my initial use. Once you get it to the correct height further adjustments shouldn’t be necessary. But I kept thinking that I was supposed to be using those other straps for something, but I just didn't know what.This strap should be fine for my needs. I do wish that there would have been clear instructions provided. I honestly didn’t expect to have to do some head scratching just to figure out a carrying strap. 😉Overall, I would rate this as four stars and would recommend this to a friend. Clear instructions for use would have yielded a perfect five-star rating.I hope you find this information helpful.

The product is extra lightweight and the strap is very thin. I just felt it was not worth even trying it. There were other options for only a few dollars more that were heavier so I sent this back.
