I installed this on my 2006 Grand Marquis 4.6 , not many issues till I started putting on the valve body, holes did not line up correctly. Will probably have to inlarge holes on valve body slightly. Iam sick to my stomach. I don't want to take off and get another.

Works well for it's intended purpose, but it seems to have smaller and shorter intake runners as you see on most aftermarket "stock" replacements. It fits the bill for the price as it seems to be difficult to find a stock ford intake, let alone one for a decent price. Expect a small hp/tq loss if your switching from a stock intake, but for a normal daily driver vehicle, I highly doubt anyone will actually notice. The other thing is, the coolant cap on the back of the intake. I use a higher pressure clamp instead of a small spring clamp as you'll find many people do on overseas intakes. The small clamp just isn't strong enough to hold the cap on.
