The description says 15 minute installation, but that was not my experience. I spent over two hours just trying to figure out how to get this on my bike. The hardware sent to attach the support bracket to the bike didn’t seem to work. The nuts wouldn’t go all the way into the bolts that were included, so it was impossible to tighten them all the way. I thought maybe I was using the wrong bolts, but they were the ones that were already in that position and what the picture shows should work. There were no instructions, no pictures. Just hardware. I will be returning this.

Doesn't feel super sturdy and comes in just a plastic bag with a bunch of bolts, reflector and no instructions. I am not sure I'd get this if I had a bike that could accept as standard rear rack. This is nice if you have an oversized seat and need to push the hard mounted rack back a little bit. It's ok, not sure I hate it but not sure I love it.
