So far so good! Iv had this for a couple months now and it’s amazing. I love not having to put up the hose by hand every time I use it. This makes it so easy to water my plants. It rotates to whatever direction you are going. It’s long enough to reach far spots.

The automatic rewinding function is very practical. The built-in slow rewinding system prevents the hose from suddenly rebounding when it is retracted. The speed is very stable, making it safer and more worry-free to use. It can be locked at any length, and you can use it as far as you want without having to pull it all out. The wall-mounted design saves floor space, and the installation is not complicated. The furniture is complete, and as long as the wall is strong enough, one person can do it. It is very reliable after it is fixed. The 100-foot length is more than enough for daily use. It is enough to walk around the house. It is very convenient whether it is watering flowers, washing cars or cleaning the floor.

This automatic hose winder/storage works perfectly. It has a leader hose that connects into the unit and is easy to install overall. The hardest part is finding a place to mount it. Once mounted you can just pull out the length of hose you need and then give a little tug when you are done and let the unit wind the hose back up. This worked perfectly during my tests each time. There were no leaks and no snags that kept it from retracting. The 100ft length is perfect for a backyard hose and this just looks nice, a lot better than a pile of hose sitting on the deck. Plus now you don’t have to untangle the hose when you want to use it and you don’t have to hand wind it up. Highly recommend!!!!

I received this product through Amazon Vine in exchange for my honest review.Installing the hose reel was surprisingly straightforward, thanks to the thoughtful design. To align the base plate for drilling, I used a pencil that fits perfectly inside each opening to make precise marks. If you're attaching it to masonry like I did, you'll need a hammer drill and a 1/2-inch masonry bit—something first-time installers might overlook. Once the wall anchors were in place, bolting the unit down was simple with basic tools like a wrench or ratchet.After installation, connecting the unit to my water supply was seamless. My faucet was 20 feet away, but I quickly solved that by using a short garden hose for now, with plans for something more permanent later.Performance-wise, the reel shines. Pulling the hose out requires moderate effort, but it locks securely at any length as advertised. Rewinding is a breeze—one quick tug starts the process, and the hose glides effortlessly back in. If you dread putting the garden hose away after use, this feature makes the task almost enjoyable.The included spray nozzle is functional but basic, which might disappoint some. However, the main unit is solidly built and feels made to last. Overall, I'm very pleased. The retracting reel for this hose works very well. It stops where I stop and a small pull gets the hose to immediately retract back. The included spray nozzle is pretty basic, but works just just fine on all of the adjustable spray patterns. And while I was aware when I bought is that the hose was a smaller diameter, it does make me worry slightly about durability. I think the hose could be replaced, but if a larger diameter hose is used, you may not be able to use a full 100 feet of hose. It is still a nice u it and priced fairly.
