It's not really reversible. Once the buckle is clamped down that's where it's at. I wanted gray and it came with the blackaode out. I had to cut the buckle off to get it switched.Sizing is also wild. I'm a 34 waist so I ordered a 34. It wouldn't even touch around my waist, so I ordered a 40, it was two inches too long for the tightest hole. This actually ended up being ok, since I had to cut the buckle off to get it to switch.

I had a difficult problem when I needed to reverse the belt, as I wasn't aware that I needed to punch a hole in the belt or the belt would not hold on the buckle. A friend of mine punctured a hole in the belt and inserted the other side and it did hold

My husband needed a belt for the 25th. I found several that would work, and all but one said that they would arrive after that date. This one said it would arrive the 24th.. Even though it was not my first choice, I ordered it on the strength of that promise. It came the 28th!! I ordered a 38, as he wears a 36 trouser. He can barely get it buckled. It also does not want to straighten out, and retains its looped shipping shape, which makes it wavy when he tries to wear it. Also, it's cheap plastic coating (leather?!?) looks like it will peel off with a few uses. Overall, it has not been a positive purchase.
