I had high expectations for this little device but it’s not as versatile as I expected it to be. The first issue I had was when I press the update button, it says check internet connection but it’s connected to the internet because I can see it on Advanced IP Scanner.The second problem is the knob is not used to move across the screen in the menu settings. You will have to use a stylus to scroll and tapThe main and third reason that this is a problem is it doesn’t work with my Ontif protocol camera. I tested out using OBS ptz control function and it works in that but when I try to put the IP address in the RGBlink, it doesn’t work. I even turned off authentication and that still didn’t work. I’m disappointed because that was the main reason why I bought this.

This video mixer is great so far. I have not had a chance to use it very much yet, but the quality feels great, and so far, it has been easy to use.
