These work as described, but the measurements on them are hard to read. Also they are hard to store due to the peaked top, so not really stackable, and they slide all over the drawer they are in and make it hard for other items to stay in place.

These thickness rulers are very handy. I have the hang of them now and use them all the time for rolled out cookie dough. No need to guess anymore.

Like the thickness is designated and also color coded. the measurements on the side are easy to use when rolling dough to a recipe dimension. they are longer than other sets. I like this set so much they have been gifts to other bakers twice.

Ok but difficult to read the rulersThe colors and markings on rulers are difficult to see.

I'm not practiced enough to feel confident in rolling out anything that has a specified thickness in a new recipe. Now I don't stress that point.

These work great! Make sure you use a straight dowel pin and not a French rolling pin.
