ALERT: This puzzle does not provide a USB cable 5V 1A. And you’ll need it at the beginning to test the electrical to make sure you installed it correctly. So to help eliminate frustration of not proceeding in the build of this puzzle, order this cable when you order this puzzle. Otherwise, you’ll be running to Walmart to find out you have to order it and then running to Best Buy, if you’re lucky you live in a town that has a Best Buy.

Instructions could be a little more detailed, but all in all it is fun to put together.

Doesn't work. This looked like it would be so cool. However, when I got to the first stage of testing to see if it worked, nothing worked. Oddly, it requires a USB cable to be plugged into the unit to operate. I know my USB cable is good because I use it to charge my phone. It gives a whole list of troubleshooting steps to try if it doesn't work. I tried them all. There's no way of knowing if the problem is the transformer or the control board. The directions say to "Click to start." At first I didn't understand because there was no on/off switch to click. When I looked at the picture, it showed pressing a spring on the control board. I am very disappointed. At this point, I don't know if it is worth the time to continue to assemble something that won't work.

I'm not finished constructing but this is very straightforward and so so much fun. The first time I tested the the power and it worked right from the start it was so cool!!

Wonderful detailed parts that actually fit into the appropriate slots. They also provide a number of extra parts but I only used two extras, which shows how the parts really matched up. I look forward to future 3D puzzles from ROKR!

This was my forth 3D puzzle. It is the most fun of all - so far. It's very difficult. The parts are well made. Everyone that I show it to loves it. It will be a good in a Christmas village .

Don't do this as your first build!! This is my 12th Rolife/Rokor 3D model. I haven't finished yet....it is a complex build and will take some time. So for things have gone well. You have to be careful with many of the smaller pieces as the tabs sometimes break easily. As always I glue everything. Lots of gears that you need to wax. I found that just the wax provided doesn't work that well. I used petroleum jelly on a previous model but on this one I happen to find one of those wax toilet bowl rings in my garage that you use to seal toilet to drain when installing new. This is a thick wax but much softer than paraffin and it works really well. I also used some wood silicon lubricant on the little part that moves up and down above the conveyor belt. I was initially stuck for some reason. Works great now. As always I also use some furniture scratch markers I found on Amazon to "color" the raw exposed edges. Looks much better.
