the regulator was junk. on high it could barely heat.

"The griddle door is neither safe nor stable. It fell on my wife's hand and doesn't stay open when lifted. Disassembling is too difficult to return it.

The griddle itself is easy to use once you get it together with those horrible instructions. Luckily, I'm pretty handy with assembly so it wasn't a huge deal, but there were some tweaks that needed to be made during the process. Some holes are too small, the blow out pictures don't give a lot of detail where some screws go and then there's just no mention of some parts. Also, thanks to a guy on YouTube that pointed out the LP regulator may be restricted on a new grill. This happened with me. When we first fired it up, the flame was wayyyy to low and I initially couldn't figure it out. Fortunately, if you search for how to release a restricted regulator, you'll find the answer you need. After that, the grill is like a forge...lolNow the delivery was kind of janky...lol, granted this will sit outside, under a cover most of the time so no one will see all the dents and bends on it anyway, but Amazon could've taken better care of the grill. The box was trashed, and halfway open and you could see some parts were dinged up. I was about to bang them out so no biggie but do better Amazon.

We love this grill, we have cooked hibachi style on it many times, so delicious! I highly recommend this product!
