I like the Festyles Sauna Suit for Women Jumpsuit Waist Trainers Belly Fat Workout Sweat Suit Full Body.I got a large and I’m 5’8” and 159 pounds with a curvy, hourglass figure. It fits a little snug and it’s a little short for my frame. But it’s doable. It’s not like some that are made with thick neoprene. A little thinner material. But it does have the silver in it that insulates and will help with working up a sweat. I like the zipper, but it would help if that was longer. Otherwise I like this sauna suit.

It’s literally did what it was supposed to, it felt like I was in a physical sauna. It was always easy to slip under my other work out clothes.
