I buy pizza that is unsliced and barely baked, then add vegetables like these peppers, dehydrated tomatoes, fresh basil, etc., before popping it back in the oven on a heated pizza stone. This pepper mix is very good and will last a long time. Good stuff.

These little pieces of dehydrate peppers are perfect for everyday use. Their aroma is so fresh, it’s hard to believe they’re dried.BONUS: My rabbit enjoys a few sprinkled on her breakfast every morning.

These peppers rehydrated beautifully and had flavor. Ease of use:I put them in hot water then microwaved them for 3 minutes. The hot water bath rehydrated them just as well, I don't think the microwave added much. Value for money:I was in a pinch and needed some bell peppers. These came through beautifully!
