I have to say that citronella products have not worked for me in the past. This reed diffuser is definitely working. I will say that I had trouble getting the stopper off and had to resort to using plumber’s pliers to open the bottle, see second photo. Once that work was done, the citronella flowed. It is not a subtle smell. I figure if I can smell it then I should not see any mosquitoes. So far, so good.

So, unfortunately, I noticed that the inside of glass absorbs dust and pollen. It has a nice smell and would recommend for a few uses, but after 2 weeks, it looks like it’s been used. I’m going to try something else, I don’t even know if it really works bc it’s such a small bottle

LOVE the scent in this bottle! String citronella scent! :0) Nice, elegant packaging and container!Unfortunately, I dropped this entire glass bottle on concrete prior to taking photos and setting this up on the backyard patio.Well packaged, elegant design and wonderful citronella oil/scent. Comes with neon green diffuser sticks which are much too bright and loud for this set.Marking down because they should use plastic vs. glass since intention is to use outdoors to repel mosquitoes.I highly recommend this item, but please be aware that the citronella container is solid glass! Enjoy! :0)

Not only does it smell pleasant but keeps all flies out my house. My only problem would be is they are never available to reorder. Always out of stock!! Good product needs to be available!
