I purchased this for cushion after hysterectomy. This item straps onto the seat belt and can be used for the chest or waist belt. I used it for the waist area. I got the lavender color. It's soft fabric. I wish It had more padding. Initially after the surgery I needed more padding and had to add a small throw pillow to cushion my stomach. 3 weeks later after surgery I'm still using it to cushion my stomach from the seat belt and it's helpful still. It's easy to secure on your belt and works ok.

I bought this to use after my DaVinci hysterectomy and it worked just fine. It's not extremely padded, but it was still incredibly comfortable.

Hardly any inside material. Why bother to put it on the seat bealt!? It doesn't achieve it's purpose.

I used this product after a breast reduction. It made it a much better drive home. I recommend getting this if you have any kind of breast surgery.
