My family all had one of these and we’ve had a lot of fun playing with them around the house. They’re a good size for shooting into the over-the-door basketball hoops.

Love this brand of self inflating ball. This is great for a dog who loves to play fetch. My pup was a little nervous to pick it up at first, because we have trained him to be so soft mouth, and this does sink in when squeezed, but he quickly learned that it was OK....and has had an amazing time playing fetch. What I love is although when you or your dog grabs it, it will sink in a little, but as soon as pressure is taken off it self inflates and bounces like any regular playground ball. Absolutely amazing!!!

We love this ball. It's good quality and a lot of fun to play with. It has enough heft that it's easy to throw, but soft enough that won't do a lot of damage with the kids inevitably throw it at each others heads. The auto inflating design is a game changer. We've had similar balls to these that require inflating and it's always a pain to get the pump out. Not having to worry about that with this ball is a fantastic feature.Keep in mind, this is not a foot ball. The listing picture shows a football, and confused me at first. It's a standard ball, but it appears that they do have a football option, if that's what you're looking for.

Real rating - 4.5 starsPROs - 1. My kids love it. They played with it for hours. 2. It is surprisingly bouncy. It is only slightly less bouncy than one you have to inflate, to the degree that you really don't notice a difference. 3. It is awesome that it inflates itself. Thanks to a reversed valve, it sucks air in. 4. You don't need a pump to play with it. 5. It is durable rubber like those old PE balls from elementary school. 6. It really does stay the same inflation amount the entire time. It won't decrease with lots of play. 7. I think the biggest benefit besides not having to inflate it is that you can push the air out and it would make it super easy to stuff in a bag, backpack, or suitcase to travel. Then you pull it out, it self inflates, and you are playing in seconds. I am seriously thinking of getting another one. 8.It is a great size for kids. It is great fun.CONs- 1. It does take a bit of getting used to the fact that it deflates a bit if you grab it and squeeze it. 2. It is less taut than an inflated ball. I don't think that matters, but you may. (It really does hold it's shape and have a great bounce.)

I selected this ball thinking it might be a good candidate for Christmas Child packages in December--where everything needs to fit in a shoebox. These are ROUND (not football shaped) and slightly tall for SOME shoeboxes, however they are exceptionally nice in every way.The non-inflate feature is truly what makes them. When partially deflated (just squeeze) they quickly reinflate. No need for a pump. Also they are of a good weight--lightweight enough to feel reasonable when playing when my toddler-aged grandchild, but likely to stand up to some heavier play....and they bounce nicely.I spent an evening playing with this sample with my favorite person and he was absolutely delighted with it--he was able to roll it directly to me across a considerable room.I'd love to have ordered this in multiple colors, but orange is great. In my quest for a smaller ball, this is the best I've found and it comes boxed which is easy to wrap.
