Restoring a '92 Chris Craft and needed this cable boot for the outboard well. Lucky for me - the two part boot + flange matches the original boot size, with a little more overlap of the hard plastic flange. The boot has no screw holes, while the flange has four screw holes (to start). The original install used just the boot with more screws/washers - I'll use the flange for a more finished look.It will be another day before I disconnect all the motor and steering cables to fit this piece, but the sizing is correct. And, I'll trim some of the boot to allow for the larger group of cables.
