Very versatile! The cross mark can be adjusted for various focal lengths and project sizes. I found this to be very helpful in woodworking and as precisely as my embroidery machine. This makes it a breeze to line up exactly where the needle is going to be! The holder is a very strong magnetic base and comes with an adhesive metal ring in case you have a plastic body machine.

Perfect alignment, perfect form factor, perfect power requirements. Very nice unit, allows for excellent alignment and placement. Highly visible even in bright ambient light. See pics. Quality made, reasonable price.
