SHARDOR Burr Coffee Grinder has several impressive features. Compared to compact grinders with blades, this burr style is a huge step up.Key Features:- After using this machine, I can appreciate why burr grinders are considered superior to blade grinders. The consistency of the grinds is much better.- The number of grind settings (1-40) means that you can tailor your selection based on the type of brewing, including French Press, Cold Brew, Drip, Percolation, and Espresso.- The 7,000 rpm does a good job at minimizing heat and static. The grinding is powerful and controlled.- The hopper is easy to adjust by aligning the indicator to the preferred grind size (coarse to fine).- Timer ensures that you can grind to your desired level. It has a protection trigger at two minutes which shuts off the grinding motor.- Chamber size is great (16 cups) - when you have a house full of coffee drinkers, you can grind a large volume of beans - so much more efficient than repeatedly grinding with a small blade machine.- The design of the grinder is optimal for effective cleaning including the chamber, bean hopper, lid, and removeable base / tray. A cleaning brush is ideal for removing dust in the chamber's exit chute.The size of this burr grinder is moderate - neither compact nor overly large. The Product Dimensions on the product page (1"L x 1"W x 1"H) is clearly wrong. I measure the machine at about 11" H x 5.5" W.Construction is solid - the burr is well made. I tried very hard to determine the type and grade of metal (i.e. stainless steel) but it doesn't appear to be listed in the product description, nor in the user manual.What matters most is performance. For that, it's excellent. Super impressive. I'm very pleased with the grinding results and I can highly recommend this product based on it's high-quality craftmanship. Great value!

This grinder was delivered matching specifications to the advertizement to a t. The grinder is well enginered and constructed from quality materials and is quite substantial. The unit is high capacity and grinds better on a wide variety of bans and moisture levels. simply put this is the best grinder I have ownded by a wide margin. The value at this price point is tremendous.

Even back when I was not a coffee drinker, I still appreciated the aroma of freshly ground coffee beans. So now that I am a dedicated daily one-cup coffee drinker, I was so excited when this grinder arrived. As a newbie to coffee bean grinders, it was a learning curve for me on how to operate and clean one. After thoroughly reading the included user manual and watching some online videos, I tried it, and it worked wonderfully, with all the beans ground uniformly (mine was set at medium). Operating it was simply adding the beans, setting the coarse grind, setting the timer, and pushing the "ON" button; there is a chart in the user manual to help with the various settings that are unique to the kind of coffee that you drink. Like all appliances, the pieces will need to be cleaned after each use, and this one is not dishwasher safe. The one feature that I really like is that I can adjust the amount of coffee grounds that I need by adjusting the amount of beans, either for one or more persons. As of now, I am really glad I ordered this coffee grinder, and I am especially enjoying the fresh aroma, too!

This burr grinder is easy to use and looks great on the counter as it has a nice black and chrome finish. Has plenty of adjustments for coarse or fine grounds and it is simple to adjust. Hopper holds about 2 cups of beans which is plenty. I drink both espresso and drip coffee so I like the easy adjustment of the grind. Unit is quiet than the unit it replaces by a long shot. For a burr grinder it is fairly quite. Took a couple of times to get the timer adjustment for the amount of coffee but it is simple to adjust. Unit feels like it is very well built and comes with cleaning tools. Hopper click into place simple and I am finding no loose grinds around, unit is very clean. Overall a good buy.

I love being able to make coffee from the beans. This does a great job of grinding them. It has so many settings for the perfect grind and the perfect blend every time.

Wow! This machine looks really nice and it grinds very well. It has multiple speeds and settings, including a timer if you need it. It can grind your beans to different size grinds or coarseness. I am really pleased with this machine - I have zero complaints. Very simple to work and that's how I like it. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

I'm used to a small batch grinder, which for most days suits me fine as I do not grind ahead of time. But when there's company it can be a little time consuming. So, I was very happy to be offered this larger capacity unit to try out. Frankly, I like simple. I expected not to be very moved by all the options, but I am. I probably will not use the timer often, but I will use the grind settings instead of having it just take longer to get my finer powder for espresso. it whizzed through a bin of that in no time. And it looks a lot nicer out on the counter than I expected. All in all, I could not be happier being dragged into the 21st century.

Works great. Love the multiple settings and speeds to get different course size. This helps when roaring coffee giving different flavors, dependent on how course it is. Uses a two-pring plug in. Simple!
